Another reason to hate Canada. Even the Canadian news seem to be shaming this guy for wanting some good, home-made Q.

The vid describes he was exhibiting purposed nuisance behavior.
Like having the neighbor who has music up too loud, because they know it's annoying.
"Permission" to use the grill. Screw that.
Fine him a few times and keep doing so unti he stops being a nuisance.

It sounds like his neighbor, Karen, has lawyer money and he is using different smoke generating apparatus to aggravate her now. The judge has banned him from generating any smoke in his backyard. Front yard/side yard BBQ incoming.
This will escalate to Karen's home being burned down.

But, Canada allows multiple arsonists to start forest fires simultaneously all across the Canadian frontier under the guise of multiple lightening strikes considerable miles apart.
