I know a guy that was banned from Ascension Parish. He could only come into the parish on days he had court appearance.

Had a family friend get banned from Ouchita Parish, LA in the late-80s/early-90s for being such a hell raiser in college.
A sheriff’s deputy followed him to the parish line.

And everything the AG said Simpson would be subject to if he wanted to live in Florida, constant monitoring by police and wearing an ankle bracelet is of course illegal.
Just political grandstanding by the AG.
Right to Travel, Constitution, blah, blah, residency requirements, etc. Unless the State of Florida could show a compelling government interest to ban OJ from the State...of which it could never do...OJ could do whatever OJ wants, apart from murdering more people.

I knew a guy years ago who committed a felony wearing his national guard uniform. Was caught, convicted, served sentence, and was told to leave Mississippi and not come back.
