Can we bring back capital offense already for these traitors?

We need a deterrent for treason. Treason is bad. Line them up and shoot them on national TV.

So should this apply in the "Birther" case of Obama after Hawaii released his BC? Dozens of lawsuits were funded against Obama based on a bogus narrative. Based on your logic above, funding a bogus story in an attempt to unseat a sitting president is an act against our country that qualifies as treason.
