Can Twitter sue Gab for IP or likeness or whatever?

Gab is literally the same exact thing as Twitter. You make a post and people can comment on it, like it or “retweet” it. Post pictures, videos, etc. it’s 100% the same exact site. Just a slightly different color scheme.

Wrong. You can like it, just like twitter, facebook, instagram, etc. and you can "Repost", unlike the others. You can post pictures and videos to 100s of websites.

Yeah. Imagine looking at Twitter, instead of seeing the bird logo, you saw a turtle logo or something. And it wasn’t blue, it was green.
