Can McConnell make multiple judiciary committees?

To help speed up the judicial confirmations. Seems like they won't have much else to do the next two years so might as well work faster on those vacancies!

There are 562 bills that have ALREADY passed the House waiting on Senate votes.

Everything from a full repeal of Obamacare, Dodd/Frank to firearm carry reciprocity.

Some pretty important shite. It's not like they don't have shite to do.

The issue is cloture. None of those will get it. It would be a waste of time to hold votes on those, especially since midterm elections have already passed.

All non-finalized legislation is dead at the end of the "Congress". Come January they have to start all over.
