Ignorant is not always a pejorative. I'm ignorant on lots of things. The article you posted didn't support the position you took, and you dug your heels in. That's on you. There's a difference in plain ignorance and willful ignorance. You've demonstrated the latter.

Show me one American that is truthfully against the fed stepping in to do what the city and state have failed for several years now.
American citizens deserve better, but haven't been given that.
Although I would support the Fed fixing the situation, I also want the state to have to answer for allowing it to endure for so long and repaying whatever necessary

You are just being willfully stupid. The tweet is not saying the money should have been diverted without congressional approval. The tweet is saying that Obama hasn't done shite for Flint, but he pulls this last minute maneuver to make sure his friends in that shithole overseas get paid.

bullshite. Your point was that it was all on congress and that Obama was outside of it. The article proves that it was being held up in congress and that Obama pushed for the funds release. My god man, have some integrity!

No that wasn't my point at all. My point was the $220 million had ALREADY been appropriated by Congress in their 2015 and 2016 budgets. Which means it could ONLY have been sent to Palestine, or just sat in the budget. You said that point was bullshite, and then claimed Obama had been asking for the money. The tweet in the OP implies he had the option to send that money to Flint(look up the definition of INSTEAD.) That is not remotely accurate.

The Flint problem is now over a 1000 days, which is in the same time frame as the appropriations for Palestinian. Why didn't Obama budget less money to foreign aid and more to Flint?
