Funny you mention that, the presidential race had the biggest impact on GDP in 2016. Considering it was 2.9 the year before and in the negative when Obama took over I'd say there was improvement, whether the potus gets credit or not is another story though

Those jobs are never coming back.
We are going to put a lot of coal miners out of business.

The presidential race caused the GDP to drop 1%?
Why would that have happened if Obama’s policies were kicking arse and Hillary was the clear front runner. Why would that create a scenario where GDP would nosedive?
Before you answer. Please remember the huge ramp up on Wall Street after the election and before the inauguration as the markets anticipated a shift in policy

Just give an example of what they did to help economy
Most of the 'stimulus' was payoff to special interests and donors.
but suppose that helped the economy - like welfare - what else did he do??

The uncertainty played a big role, yes. I never voted for Hillary and I am glad she lost. I think the projections that had her winning were mostly responsible for the dip we saw fwtw

You’re spinning baw! Trump is actually enacting an economic policy, Obammy choked the economy with job killing regulations and allowed the Fed/Banksters to save their own azzes by proclaiming they were saving the Global economy.

Allowing the Bush tax cats to expire was big, but I've already said too much gets focused on the potus (good or bad) when it comes to the economy. It's not that simple

That is just fricking stupid.
Stealing more money out of the economy does not help it grow.
"Oh look, I moved $20 from my right pocket to my left pocket! I am richer!"

Impressive group of words here, sound like you clearly have a good handle on how this works. Obama had a larger monthly average of job growth than both Bushes, which job killing regulations are you referring to specifically?

And the spending sequester both of which addressed the deficit concerns. How is that "fricking stupid" exactly?
