Yeah, I know he’s not POTUS anymore but many in the DimMedia and on this forum are still giving Obammy credit for the current economic growth.

Someone specifically tell me what economic policies Obammy enacted that eventually lead to +3% annual GDP.

I don’t want anything that is Fed based because Obammy had no say in TARP/ZIRP/QE etc. Keeping your yapper shut and letting the Fed enact monetary policy on steroids does not count as economic policy.

Their feelings tell them that Obama good and Orange Man Bad. It’s a religion to them. Liberals apply zero critical thinking skills to Obama. They could never accept he was a bad President because it would undermine their world view. They actively fawned over him because he was black and honestly believe any criticism is a result of racism. Disagree with Obama? It’s because you’re a racist.

“If a white man did those policies, you’d love them. You only oppose it because the black man did it.” is pretty much a verbatim line every week from Bill Maher for about a decade.

I dont know if Self-loathing Apologies and paying off terrorist Muslim countries to be nice to us qualifies as "economic policy"

His administration's policy was simple subterfuge was to eviscerate the private sector and double down on government dependence.

Hell I do not ever remember obama ever uttering the words "economic" and "growth" in the same sentence.

Ok no Dims are going to step up and defend the Obammy Economic Initiative so we need the mods to anchor or delete this thread.

Create an economy so bad the Fed bails it out with interest rate almost negative, you can’t make this up.

The potus gets too much or too little credit for the economy depending on who you are talking to. To put this in perspective you have to look at the economy that was inherited. Those things were done to spur an economy that was the worst since the great depression. Does he get credit or deserve blame? Depends on who you're talking to. The same ones who fail to give any credit to his admin for turning things around also think the economy magically turned around the day Trump took over, so basically most people are clueless
