Can anyone find an article about Joe Biden’s “stutter” prior to late 2019?

I don’t recall ever hearing about this supposed lifelong handicap until he decided to run for President and his mental health became as issue.

I searched google and all the media lapdogs discuss his “heroic fight” but they are all from 2020 or late 2019.

Obviously this stutter is going to be his excuse for dementia.

They are trying to cover for his cognitive decline.

Thanks.

Although it would appear most of the media says he overcame the issue. It’s not like he still struggles with it. Seems like a cover to me but I’m by no means an expert on speech impediments.

That he had a stutter is irrelevant.

We've all heard the man speak for decades.

The way he speaks NOW is NOT his normal speech pattern.

I've been short my whole life. But, if I get my legs amputated, I'll be fricking shorter.

And, it wouldn't make any sense for me to say, "what are you talking about? I was always short!?"

That’s what I’m saying. Never heard him once stutter bin fact you could argue he was as smooth a speaker as anyone in politics. Very polished while still seeming genuine.

He doesn’t have a stutter in any footage I’ve ever seen. He nearly constantly has his foot in his mouth, but no stutter.
