Equally fitting:

Dr. Zoidberg: I'm leaving. But if you had extra courage I'd haul it away for you, maybe.

Professor Hubert Farnsworth: Oh blithery poop, my cowardly lobster. You don't need courage. After all, who needs courage when you have a gun?

I've covered most of this. It just won't ever happen. If it did, it would go catastrophically poorly.

Hermes: I miss me wife and me oxygen.
Professor: Yes, everyone misses their loved ones and gasses.

"Yes, there's no safer occupation than mining. Especially when you're on a snowball whipping through space at a million miles an hour! Whoo whoo whoo whoooo! Safe!"

Bender "Wait, I've got it. Professor, make a woman out of me!"
Professor: "Oh I think we should just stay friends"

Futurama isn't actually very quotable. The jokes all have big set ups.

Amy: Blug! Which one did they go into?

Farnsworth: Oh, let's all ask each other! That'll solve this problem!

Probably my favorite episode. Going in all the universes.

You can kiss off.

My reply was to him saying drivers licence / voting doesn't lead to 20 kids being shot dead.

Mind your own business.lib.

Voting didn't create abortion.

You're terrible at this.

There is no logic to it but you miss the point. It doesn't matter in so many ways. You conservatives pride yourself on logic and logical arguments and yet when you argument against same-sex marriage your arguments are based on the bible or religion or what is natural or history lol.

This has to be a troll post, right?

That's not true. There were six republican appointees on the Supreme Court that decided Roe v. Wade and five of them and two of the three democrats voted with the majority.

Check your facts before you open your pie hole.

Its is hard for some folks to get an ID when they have lost one

So fricking what.

So you agree that it is difficult for some people to get an id? Do you also agree that if your poor everything you do is harder than it is for the middle class and the wealthy? I can't think of anything that is not more difficult for the poor than it is for those of us with more means. So if this is the case then it is obvious that it would be more difficult for poor people to obtain an id than a middle class or wealthy person. Studies have proven this to be the case, studies which, by the way, were cited by SUPPORTERS of voter id laws as a way to cut down on the number of eligible voters.

So it being established that almost everything is more difficult in life when your poor then obtaining a state id is going to be more difficult for poor people and as such is going to be a bigger barricade to their casting a ballot than it would be for the wealthy and middle class.

So, who makes up a good % of the poor? Minorities of course. SO if you make it more difficult to vote for everyone, which voter id laws do, and if everything in life is more difficult when you are poor, which of course it is, and a larger % of poor people are minorities then it is a logical conclusion that voter id laws will make it more difficult for poor people to vote than they will for the middle class and the wealthy.

You don't have to accept this though. You can continue to deny that voter id laws are supported by GOP lawmakers because it makes voting more difficult and in so doing makes it less likely that poor people will go through the effort. All you have to do is read what GOP lawmakers say on the subject and you know this is the case. It is a brilliant move on the part of the GOP to increase their odds of winning elections....I don't know why ya'll won't give 'em credit for it......

It's not any more difficult than voting itself. Democrats cheat. I don't blame Republicans for wanting to put up safeguards to prevent voter fraud. This is not a huge barrier. And, since there is no federal right to vote, states should be able to determine how and to what degree they want to ensure fraud-free elections.
