What drives me nuts is the smirk or smile Kiley has while explaining the $656 million 911 system upgrade that was abandoned because of incompatibility issues and they have to start over. I would be livid and it would show.

You're going to find this in every state, although blue will be the worst.
It all makes sense now. I've often wondered what all the people I see on the roads all hours of the day in late model cars trucks SUVs do for a living. Now I know, they fricking scam us. Medicaid, ssdi, EBT, sect 8 scams leave a lot of $ for nice vehicles.
