Brought to you by the people who run the American public school system.

This paragraph amuses me because I know his opinion would change immediately if the people in control of teaching that sex education were his political opponents

Nah, bro, you just believe these things in your head because it helps justify your ignorance.

Your dishonesty and uses me

If the school district was run by a bunch of Pat Robertson types and decided to make sex education mandatory your opinion would change faster than Hillary's expression when she sees balloons

Agreed. We are arguing against a system currently in place, however. And if the state has to cover the medical expenses of the Medicaid insured child attending public schools, unfortunately the state has to try and stem the tide of teenage or unwanted pregnancy before the sex takes place.

I would tell my child to ignore anything said in that class. If the Commies wanted to push it and there's enough parents we will simply have our children do no work in the class.

Their curriculum in a public school setting would be violating the Constitution. Your argument is ridiculous.

You are smart enough to know how what PARENTS do is different from what THE STATE is doing.

So transparent. Liberals demand to intertwine government into nearly every facet of life and then use the fact they've done so to justify their need to do it even more.

Anyone who thinks this is some sort of accidental coincidence is out of their mind

Explain to me what exactly is being "indoctrinated". Are you saying we should have no flag and no pledge of allegiance? Is the existence of sovereign states a horrible proposition to you?

Nice Dodge. We're talking about sex education here not biblical studies

Your opinion would change. You and I both know it but you're too dishonest to admit it because it fricks up your argument

College,

“Abstinence is unrealistic “?? Wtf? Either you are afraid of the real life consequences of your actions, or you really think that there are no consequences to your actions.

Either way, you could not be more wrong.

You are telling others that that these teachings are “normal “. Again you are dead wrong. LGBT (according to Wikipedia) is about 4% of the population. I would not consider 4% normal. I am not saying the minority should be put into a camp, but why force the 96% to learn about the 4%?

you can teach your kids to not realize that decisions have consequences. Some intended, and some not. My kids will learn differently.

I can’t believe I just wasted my time replying to you......

Sex education, along with religion, lie in the domain of parental responsibility.
Academia lies in the domain of the local school board.

It's funny because I would never presume that it was my job to overcome the teachings of my liberal neighbors to their 10 year olds.

Liberals not only presume to do it they demand to do it

Dude, WAKE THE frick UP! You can say all you want, but any politician that goes into their campaign season saying they want to curb Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security would be on their arse before the first straw poll. You don't want to believe it, but people love fricking government, and they demand it in their lives. The fact that you don't like this small facet of it is a you problem, not a me problem.

I’d like to think that free-thinking liberals accept varying opinions.
Alas, many contemporary, extremist, so-called progressive leftists have come absolutely unglued.
Diversity of thought isn’t an option for them.
Unfortunately, that element comprises a large and loud sector of today’s Democrat party.

The blood spilled in the name of patriotism is a completely different topic of discussion, but a good one to be had. But I will say that American First and MAGA are fricking awful mindsets.

True.

It seems that the people paying for the schools have the ultimate say in what goes on in the schools. The tail does not wag the dog.

The bill is literally about expanding the education on how to prevent HIV/AIDS.

WTF is wrong with you?

And. You see that's the difference between you and I. I don't use one frick up to justify another frick up

And let's be blunt here. You are only using it because the people you agree with are in control of the levers

It's just a convenient argument not some principle that you actually believe in
