The day after California voters approved new congressional district boundaries, the California Republican Party on Wednesday announced a federal lawsuit aimed at blocking the state's new House maps.
State Assemblyman David Tangipa, the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, discussed it at morning press conference where he was joined by Corrin Rankin, chairwoman of the California Republican Party, and attorney Mark P. Meuser of the Dhillon Law Group.
Eighteen California voters are also co-plaintiffs in the suit, which alleges that newly approved Proposition 50 "unconstitutionally gerrymanders districts in violation of the 14th and 15th Amendments."

Maybe they can consolidate the case with cases from Texas and other republican controlled states.

Didn’t the SCOTUS strike down the 14th & 15th amendment arguments in the NC case?

Your God awful party will be losing a number of seats very soon. Deal with it.

Just send it to s conservative judge somewhere within the U.S.
If there's one thing the Republicans should take a cue from the Marxists in, its disruption and law fare.

This country would work so much better if the SCOTUS struck down gerrymandering and Citizens United. Legislators are never going to enact laws that are against their best interests
