Here’s how you get around it.
Work with X to allow you to set up a secondary account (paid of course). Then hire someone to run it.
So in Cali on his main account he streams it to his secondary account which is out of state. Secondary account streams it live connecting to first account.
Nick is not streaming it live to audience, only to his out of state account. That account streams it live.

When it passes, Nick needs to celebrate that day -- eat at Ruth's Chris.
The following day, he should double-down, call me, to come join him... find as much fraud and waste as possible.
