I'm sure Trump is absolutely terrified of losing all of those precious CA electoral college votes.

Is there a precedent established from 1860 election when Lincoln didn’t even show up on the ballot in several southern states? Honestly curious, have no idea the legality of a state dictating which candidates may or may not appear on the ballot. Obviously there must be some kind of threshold otherwise the ballot for president could be thousands of names long if a bunch of trolls decided to throw their hat in the ring.

1) Get nomination of one of the major parties.

2) Run as an independent which apparently requires each state's approval to end up on their state ballot...prob some nice hoops to jump through.

3) write in, which who the hell knows how one even does that. Not like there's pen and a space for write in. That Im aware of anyway.

If they can do this then Texas and Florida should take the democrat off the ballot.
