Weirdest fail ever. Not too shabby in terms of size, either.

Really, keep clinging to that. It's totally convincing and totally not hilariously sad.

Bible study is for small groups. 50 brothers and sisters need to be in a place fitting for such a gathering. Most 'homes' do not fit 50 people or 40.

The ordinance in question covers all sorts of shite (Horses, Kennels, Assisted Living Facilities, Trailer Parks) and the sub section that covers bars 'religious, fraternal or non-profit' meetings and made no specific mentions of Christians.

Their home 4700 sqft home on 1.5 acres so it's not like these guys are in your typical neighborhood.

The law was stupid, who ever complained about these meetings was an a-hole, the city/county did the right thing refunding the fine and changing the law.

Obviously they were the target. "Religious" The largest Religion in that area is Christianity. So yeah it was a ban on Christians getting together.

Yes it was. The ordinance used the word (as link) Religion. The largest religious sect is Christianity in that area.

They were targeted.

America is majority white.

All laws passed in America target white people.

Fact.

Neither are that large so it's not like they live in a huge house in the middle of nowhere, either.

Probably so, If people are meeting next door to me and it really has no effect on me I don't care.
