I agree Louisiana should constitute bussing willing welfare recipients and or homeless people to Ca. Seems like a win/win. The homeless wins and La wins. And Ca taxpayers are happy to pay for it.

In 1998 (IIRC) on the ballot was to give homeless $200 / month.

The homeless problem surged.

That which you subsidize, you only get more of.

In two years the problem of urinating in alley's and sidewalks got bad. A couple of years after this even worse, being yelled at by homeless, meant I decided to not return... ever. Their new mayor, seemed to empower the homeless. His name was Gavin Newsome.... I wonder what happened to that man.

My wife and I used to fly to San Francisco just for the weekend. Thousands spent every year, went to zero for the last quarter of a century. Nice.
