This is dumb.
It pre-supposes that the only use for a mirror is to see if one meets society's standards.
It takes a rather pathetic person to think that.

Some girls might just want to make sure there's no visible boogers or food in their teeth. California says visible boogers are beautiful.

I call BS on this.
The article is poorly written - especially this line:
Nowhere in the article does it says that mirrors were removed and replaced with these signs - it just says that the signs were added.
Secondly, nowhere in the two pictures included in the article are there any physical signs that mirrors has ever been hung where the signs were placed. No holes or discoloration above the sinks?
