These seems like a big overstep of power in telling how a store markets to customers.
This is why when you give the govt an inch of power, they come back and get more and more.
So the fact that they are doing this for clothing and toys for children only, tells you all you need to know. They are taking aim at children and blurring the lines and creating confusion for them. They are trying to change a generation and all following generations.
If this was of such importance for society, they would include adult clothing and items to be marketed in a gender neutral way.

Low has previously said that the inspiration for the bill came from the 9-year-old daughter of one of his staffers. The child told him that she didn’t like how boy and girl sections were separated and that he should make a law against it.
Democrats are taking policy advice from 9 year olds. That's just pathetic. Next thing you know, they'll be saying since 9 year olds are able to assist with policy, they are capable of giving consent.
