That's certainly rational, but I don't understand why when something negative about Trump comes out, people start talking about random things about Hillary or Obama have (or have not) done that has nothing to do with the topic at hand as some form of excusing or defending the president.
If I get busted for robbing a bank, it's not much of a defense to tell the cops my neighbor is stealing Netflix.

Not to say your full of shite, but I don't remember Obama referencing Bush negatively. He did reference the difficulties of the circumstances facing the country, but never personally attacked Bush. Democrats, on the hand, sure.

Switch the names to Obama and Bush. The left screeched for 8 years about Bush. Obama blamed Bush for his failures. It was their "go to". We're too early into Trumps administration to say whether or not we'll see more of the same.
Sometimes the reference is valid. There's a thread right here about Obama spying on journalists. The left has ignored it just as they ignored it when it happened. Yet, they've bitched and moaned about Trump's treatment of the press despite the fact that hostile journos have stated that they have more access to Trump than they had to Obama.
It's completely reasonable to point out the hypocrisy on that issue.
