Trade deficits are a byproduct of wealthy nations, Mr Fake Auburn Econ Grad.

You should have learned this your first semester.

Nice! Insults is all you have. I guess you learned all about economics in your first semester at BDBFAU (Bus Driving Butt Fukers Alaska University). Impressive. Wealthy nations are not 37 trillion in debt you polar bear dodging, moose humping retard. We are 37 trillion fricken dollars in debt and adding a trillion every 100 days. For you to not understand that is all anyone needs to know about your economic wisdom.

Regardless of where I learned it, youre an economic idiot.

Do you know why wealthy nations will have trade deficits?

Yep, do you? Now answer this, why do you routinely refer to the US as a wealthy nation? 37 trillion in debt does not scream wealthy. The one thing that makes us somewhat “wealthy” is our military might. Other than that we are hemorrhaging in debt and trade deficits add to that bigly.

I think it was Buckey that posted very poor nations with big trade deficit.

They should be rich right?

Tell your Orange ATM to stop spending.

He had 4 years to do something, and grew the debt.

While I agree with your sentiment, this has everything to do with spending in DC, and nothing to do with our trade policies.

Tell your leeching congressbto get off their arse and pass the spending bill this sept that will have us on a balanced budget. Then both can work on reducing the debt. Until politicians (and the voters) understand that spending more will not get you reelected then we are doomed.

We just pushed through a CR backed by the Orange that didnt cut spending.

Trump isnt going to mess with the deficit.

It is both. We have a trillion dollar trade deficit and 2 trillion to much spending.

Only had less then 2 months to put it together Roger. That imo was done on purpose by the previous regime. We will see.

I didn’t know my taxes were paying this
Mythical trade deficit. Did we not anything in return?

Oh yeah you got something in return. Printing more money to make up for the dollars no longer in the states. Printing more money means increased inflation and the (your) dollar worth less. This mythical trade deficit is easy to find by a google or duck duck go search. It goes from mythical to real quickly.

Yes, yes, the marxist democrats spend trillions destroying the country for years, but republicans are supposed to fix it all for free. Heard that one many times. You would think people would realize how dumb it sounds.

Is that why he spent $9T? To "fix it?"

You do realize that congress has “the power of the purse”. You can blame the entire cluster frick on one person or multiple presidents but the bottom line is politicians spent more and more to keep being elected. That and getting rich from kickbacks. Both sides of the isle.
