Was it worth invading is the question. Not did he have them. There was no active
program, no and honestly we were probably better off with him in power as a check on the Iranians.
Had he not gotten greedy and tried to take over Saudi and Kuwait,he or his sons would still be in power today and the Middle East would look quite different.
