Damn you. Some things don’t need to be shared.

I wish I hadn't given up drinking beer so I could quit in protest.
Hell - I wish I hadn't been a Shiner Bock fan back in the day. Then I could say I was glad I quit 'em.

Another big picture thing not being discussed is how the hell did we let so few buy so many companies? Not just this industry either. But had Bid not sold out to Inbev, do they even do this? Some companies are so large they act like dictatorship rogue governments.
I do think this disaster will send a huge message because BL was #1 beer sold in US and its so easy to just change. Regardless what other brand they buy, they will lose the number 1 beer title and then lose a lot of swagger.
Some may buy other InBev beers but a lot will buy other owned beer lines like Yuengling or Molsen/Coors. And yes, they have their own issues but if Joe Public knocks off Bud Light Tranny fluid from the top (a spot its held for decades) that will tell every C Suite exec in all industries they could be next.
Its not a perfect boycott due to how big InBev is. But if you take away their number 1 product eventually their others will take a hit too. They spent billions over decades in marketing costs for BL. Once it goes down they have to spend more dollars for all lines but thats not easy to push several lines at once (costlier) than to put most into BL and get coatail riders.
There will be huge future ad costs due to this fiasco. And imagine all the existing ad projects that were in work. These companies normally work on ads way ahead of time. So you have to stop those and thats a hidden cost we won’t see. Then figure out what to do ad wise once you regroup.
They have went completely dark on all social media. That tells you its not going well. Keep boycotting BL. Bite the snake off at the head. Try and buy from any other company owned beer line. Yuengling is the best pick but not sold in some western/nw states so those have to look harder for another. This one needs to kill off BL as king of beers sales wise. It will weaken some of their other lines too, and at least give other woke companies pause

Like I just posted on the OT, Miller-Coors stock is surging while AB crashes. Keep it up!!!

That's not good. Coors is also full-on pride retard.
Drink local brew that doesn't go all in on politics. If you want to send a message, then you need to remember every stunt Coors, AB, Gillette, etc. have pulled. Stop buying their products until they apologize for pushing an unwanted agenda and glorifying mental illness.

The stock certainly doesn't seem to be pricing this in.

Sure it does. I went short last Mon or Tues at $67.10. I have also bought and sold several rounds of outs with 40% profit.
The market cap when from $129B to $112B as of this evng. The hedgies can only prop it up for so long.
