Didn't know this and obviously the reason Sandy Springs didn't create their own system.
BTW if you wanna reduce Buckhead crime by a LOT close the Buckhead loop off 400.You'd see an immediate drop off at Lennox and Phipps.

MARTA! It ruined Lenox and Phipps and ruined Perimeter Mall once they put a station there too.
Not being racist, so don't even bother replying with that shite, it is facts! When I was a young girl my Mom and us girls would go down to Lenox and Neiman Marcus for a girls day out, go to the Tea Room and never ever once worried about being shot or robbed. There is no possible way I would ever go to Lenox or Phipps again. Perimeter is becoming the same.

Right after MARTA started running to the mall, there was a shooting
the shooter did not come up from Atlanta, he rode in from Norcross…

I don't remember a shooting at Perimeter right after the MARTA station opened, there was one in 1990 but that was pre-MARTA. Also, how did the shooter come from Norcross on MARTA since rail doesn't go to Gwinnett?

Meh.Marta had a station at Lennox before it started to get really bad in the late 90's.The loop made it extremely easy to get in and out of the area
