Coronavirus didn't make his limb fall off. I agree with you.
It did cause his organs to fail and it did make him require extracorporeal membranous oxygenation as ventilators became insufficient to oxygenate his blood. And it did cause overwhelming sepsis and vasoplegia, requiring pressor support.
Squeeze off a garden hose. Look what happens to your sprinkler attachment. And what happens to the bushes watered by that sprinkler? That happened to his leg.
This is not a political issue. Its just medicine.

What made his organs fail is him being a weak human being.
I feel sorry for him and all, but no more sorry than I feel for any other weak and physically inadequate person.
Sure, it's easy being weak, but what do you end up with?..a stump and a future of feeling sorry for yourself and burdening other peoples lives.
