Charlie Kirk never tried to destroy other human beings. I personally wouldn't have said what Trump said, but just because somebody dies it doesn't mean you stop telling the truth about what kind of person they were.
Rob Reiner was a perfect example. For me, anyway. Reiner was an anti-Christian bigot who also tried to keep the lie of Trump/Russia collusion going as long as anybody. He was arguably the biggest scumbag in Hollywood.
But, I hated what happened to him. I have no idea what kind of Dad Rob Reiner was, but nobody should've experienced what happened to him and his wife.
I can and do feel that way, but it doesn't mean I have to lie and pretend that Rob Reiner was a good man just because I hate what happened to him.

Anyone who had someone try for years to destroy them and their families would feel EXACTLY the same. Trump just had the courage to tell the truth.
