We Have both in our household.
Kid #1 skipped college and learned to weld. At age 20 started earning 6 figures, has a financial advisor and no college debt. Married w/ 2 kids + 1 on the way. Zero debt.
Kid #2 went to college via JC first. Transferred to a 4yr College on scholarship and graduated with civil eng degree. Had very little college debt and that account is now square. At age 23 is earning 6 figures and also has a financial advisor. Not married yet.....but has the engagement ring.
Both work for the same company and are killing it. 2 different approaches however both do share a common trait(s)... both aren't afraid to work and if they give you their word, you can take it to the bank. Yeah, we're proud of the 2 frickers.
