Not the one where they attempted to go on I12. They did for the protest on Government street they broke up.

I'm not sure how to do this when jail would probably be un upgrade from their current point in life.

So you support lengthy sentences for January 6th demonstrators?

No, I didn't.

My point was made that you people are for lengthy sentences for protestors you disagree with, but not for those with whom you agree.

Arrest a few of them and threaten them with Conspiracy charges. We know they are getting paid. Find out who paid them. Talk and walk or face five years.

Then get the paymaster and hit him for inciting a riot terrorism and various conspiracy to do this and that. Talk or do twenty.

Work your way up the ladder til you get to where the money is coming from and drop the hammer on George Soros or whoever.

Your “point” is invalid. Because your fellow leftists rarely even get arrested.. much less get sentences. So there is no comparison.

Hell…. I thought you idiots were spitting mad about damage to federal property. That somehow was given a pause as well.

Oklahoma Law Grants Immunity To Drivers Who Unintentionally Harm Protesters
Rachel TreismanApril 22, 2021

A new law in Oklahoma increases penalties for demonstrators who block public roadways and grants immunity to motorists who unintentionally kill or injure protesters while attempting to flee

Under the new law, obstructing the use of a public street or highway during a protest is considered a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in county jail and/or a fine ranging from $100 to $5,000.

Another provision grants civil and criminal liability protection to motorists who unintentionally cause injury or death while "fleeing from a riot."

How do cities or states not have tougher penalties on these people?

Oklahoma signed law into legislation that prevents prosecuting you for plowing through the crowd in a vehicle if you felt reasonable threatened in any way.

If you're blocking me on my commute to work and it will cost me my job to be indefinitely late, should that not be considered a very personal threat?
