The question still remains: so who IS he going to hire? Who will agree to work for him from that list?
Rick Grennel, Kash Patel and...?

There are a few competent "loyalists" like Patel and Grenell. But, a lot of it is a clown show. If he was really taking advice from Tom Fitton on the documents issues and not listening to lawyers, there is no helping him.

Funny we named the two same people.

I mean only a total moron would claim this current mess is an upgrade

Yeah, I mean Biden has: KJP; the tranny serial thief nuclear waste guy; the tranny health guy; a moronic energy secretary; a moronic transportation secretary; plus all the neocon foreign policy crazies. It is truly a sight to behold.

I like Rick Grennell, too.
We both forgot Stephen Miller. He's Trump until death.
But Trump doesn't exactly have a bench to call upon.
He also went for plenty of "outsiders" early in his admin and they fricked everything up by improperly executing EOs and administrative policy changes. If he has to do it again, why would we expect any different result?

So who would he hire that'll get past Senate confirmation?

Maybe he can rehire that magical and talented former Press Secretary that he recently called an ignorant slut.

So i watched the video, and Trump's response. A few takeaways.
1) Baier had a point, and it's a pretty damning one about "only hire the best".
2) Trump's response was not great. It was nothing talk. "They all loved me. Many people said i was the best".
3) Trump looks OLD. And it is because he is REALLY OLD. Stop electing octagenarians for important decisions. He's going to look even worse next year. At this stage of life, a year can dramatically affect your health.
Trump is a narcissist. I've long believed that you can't run for POTUS if you didn't have a little bit of narcissism in you to think that "my ideas are the best to save the country". It's a requirement. However, Trump is the clinical definition of narcissism. If anyone has ever had to deal with a legitimate narcissist, they'd realize those kinds of people do damage to those around them and don't operate on the same wavelength as everyone else.
- Every conversation is steered to them.
- Your emotions or opinions are somehow steered to how "they" feel or think.
- Narcissists operate on a subconscious level, of "me first"
- They manipulate anyone and everyone around them.
- They make those near them feel inadequate and often gaslight close company.
- They do not know, nor recognize they are narcissists.
This may explain why just about every single person that gets close to Trump, ends up getting attacked by Trump, and why they all abandon him. You have either 2 responses for narcissists, cut them out, or try to appease them. Appeasing never works.

I think yesterday, we went over the number of JEB!, Ryan, and other establishment goons Trump currently has hired as his administration. Need me to bump that one?
ETA: my bad, didn't see this was a response.

There is a limited talent pool and he wasn't a politician. His biggest mistake was taking Paul Ryan and Rinse Penis advice, thinking they had the best interest of the country at heart.
Limited talent pool? Da fuq? You mean like the former CEO of the 2nd or 3rd largest company in the world?

This is why Trump gets himself in trouble because his words matter. He failed bigly on several hires, and I hate when he turns on those he previously praised.
I just wish ALL politicians were held accountable for everything they say and then do as Trump has. It would be great for America.
It leaves no doubt that Trump is the most scrutinized politician in history. We should be so lucky that the press and others would do the same across the board.
