The attacks certainly weren't fake, nor were the atrocities committed. This "we found these maps" thing is likely either manufactured or half-true (claiming they found them on bodies to protect their sources/methods).
Hamas planned and executed this op extremely well, including the MILDEC/OPSEC aspect (they hid their intentions better than Israeli/others intelligence could detect them). And yet they were paragliding around with "Top Secret" documents stuffed in their Adidas sweatpants?
The people who know those turds need killing already know it and those opposed to it aren't changing their minds. I'm not sure there's anyone that needs to be convinced, so it does seem a little off.

What they did was horrific and those that planned it should suffer worse than I care to imagine. However, (down votes incoming); that is the cleanest and as nicely folded map you could ever find considering it was taken off of what I suppose is a dead terrorist. The map seem to be propaganda
