Why don’t you take some of these fine human beings in as your guests Hank? Show us you’re serious about wanting these criminals to stay.

I agree with you Hank.
That is a slippery slope we don’t need to start.
OTOH - if an investigation would demonstrate that the Judge had some kind of arrangement with the DNC or some NGO that this decision would benefit - then it is impeachable. Congress shouldn’t get into this business unless some kind of evidence of such impropriety exists. If the judge is just wrong (which he was) it will ultimately be reversed on appeal.

Do you read the constitution... ever - sheesh you are ignorant
Yes - abuse of power which is evident in this judge going back to FISA
Wednesday- this goes to abuse of power - let him defend his fisa court actions in the trial and his horrible decision in the current case
Let the dems vote to support that and see how the people like these judges and dems

Congress’s power of impeachment is an important check on the Executive and Judicial Branches, recognized by the Framers as a crucial tool for holding government officers accountable for violations of the law and abuses of power.3

Please list the specific passage in the US Constitution that would allow Biden, using the executive powers granted to him as President, to forgive student loan debt

This is the same logic of trying to impeach Alito for overturning Roe.
It’s an impeachable offense for a federal
Judge to be bribed or to otherwise have a financial or personal interest in the outcome.
It is unfortunately not an impeachable offense for a judge to be wrong.

Abuse of power - being wrong in favor of one political party is an abuse of power - his handling of fisa was an abuse of power
Let him explain it in the senate. I agree that just wrong decisions is not enough but these judges are clearly abusing their powers
