That's true but I doubt Trump's 757 has all of the "bells and whistles" required to be The President's plane.
Having said that, since he was running against Hillary Clinton, he may have had at least a flare and chaff system equipped on his plane.

The per unit cost of the commercial version of the 787-9 is $264 million.
The only way you get to the cost of customizing it for service as AF1 into the billions is cronyism and sweet heart deals.
