I would agree with Woodward if they didn't have such a strong case. It's a slam dunk that was covered in 1977.

I think Winston and others read that book and said it was a lot more pro-Trump than people would've thought.

Yikes. You should read the case decided in 77. It put forward a standard. The argument is whether that standard was met. Certainly not a slam dunk. Oh, by the way...it was the DC court...not the Supreme Court. You shouldn’t believe everything you read.
