I think, as with all claims, that hers should be investigated and that Ellison should suffer the consequences of his actions. Frankly, he should step down. I don't care if an abuser is a Democrat, Republican, or whatever. The culture that says women are nothing more than objects to be used by men needs to change.

His first year he tried to reinstate the trans ban on the military.
He has nominated people to the courts and other positions who have anti lgbt records.
He directed the gov to take the anti lgbt position, hence they argued for Masterpiece.
Trump’s Justice Department argued that anti-gay discrimination is legal, filing a friend-of-the-court brief claiming that the federal Civil Rights Act doesn’t protect gay and bisexual workers.
Refused to recognize pride month.
You can argue the significance or harm, but pretending that it doesn’t exist is dumb.

You are everything wrong with the world today. Trump doesn't care if you are gay. He hasn't changed anything that affects your day to day life, yet you hate him and anyone who supports him
You are so hate filled toward people who think differently than you, it makes you willing to put up with the deplorable behavior from your own side.
You want someone to lose the nomination for the ramblings of a crazy woman with zero memory of where and when it happened. Unwilling to admit she was drunk. Didn't tell a soul it happened. Not a single woman other than this woman has anything bad to say about the nominee.
While at the same time, your party keeps Ellison IN CHARGE of the party even when the victim of his attack has medical records backing her claim.

Nice copy and paste from Vox. Most of what you posted has to do with transgenders, which is not the same as homosexuality. As to Masterpiece, that is a freedom of association issue, and will be dealt with by the free market.
