The only cotton they pick now is from an asprin bottle. But they do stay chained to the Democrats, and ironically it's the same party that put them and wanted to keep them in chains. If they wanna be factual in their re-enactment of their history, they should give credit to the Republican Party for freeing them.

Seems like an odd thing to do. The Holiday has morphed from a Texas unofficial holiday to a national holiday and commemorates the end of slavery.

No one walks around on July 4th dressed like a British soldier unless it is to get shot in some cheesy reenactment.
