There are positives about having your business in a large city (multiple transportation outlets, usually a good pool of people for employees), but large cities are becoming increasingly hostile to business and business development. I can see why business owners are opting out and going to smaller towns.

I would start by ending or completely reforming welfare programs. In addition to saving taxpayer money, it would kill the dependency on government which would force people into the labor market. It would also kill the incentive to use children as a source of income. I think this would help rebuild the family.
Now, we wouldn’t see results immediately, and the reaction would be nasty. It has to happen though.

Well spoken....BUT...politicians won't do it imo because they dont want to lose the black vote, and particularly democrats. Trump made big gains with black men but black women not so much.
