I would say you were wrong. As much as I am not a fan of GW Bush I think the biggest threat to America has been Terrorism. The philosophy of a War on Terror is fascinating to me. I just think we need to revise who we think terrorists are. Or rather just start taking that term as literally as possible. Does a person use fear to get what they want. If the answer is yes than that person is a terrorist. If I said who I thought the terrorists were I would probably manage to piss both the left and right off.

I was a solid Dem. until about 20 years ago. I've been an independent ever since.
I never voted for a Republican until 2006. And Trump was the first Republican president I ever voted for. Before that, I had voted Democrat every election since 1980. Yes, I even voted for f*ckin' Carter, Mondale, and Dukakis. Those were my edgy years.
