Of course not. It's amazing how many Trumpkins think there is no real border security today, but some seem to have fantasies that it's "the wall" or nothing at all. If that were really true then how can Trump talk about how many faux "terrorists" they're catching?
And it also has nothing to do with DACA. Which Trump and other conservatives apparently believed was a point they could use to negotiate over.
It's much simpler than that. The incoming freshman Democrats were not elected to negotiate with Trump, they were elected to oppose him. This is a power struggle, pure and simple, and has nothing to do with immigration, DACA, or anything else.
