The Gentleman cannot answer a single question about aviation regulations, policies or events. Even a low time private pilot should be able to answer at least two or three of them.

Watching the Cruz podcast and this is pure patronage job for the two Dem Senators from Colorado. Cruz is saying this one is making even the other Democrats queasy given the FAA head isn't a job you frick around with and there have been some real near misses lately....he thinks this guy won't get confirmed its just that bad. No one wants to vote for this guy and then have to defend it when something inevitably bad happens.

It’s not just that they don’t know, it’s that they don’t care. As he stated, he’s not a pilot. You know you’re going before the Senate. Hey dummy, how about spend a week preparing and reading up on FAA and aviation. That lack of effort is typical in government.
