Listening to Bongino podcast, Trump said the Clinton investigation isn’t over yet. I don’t think Lynch will have the chance to be nominated. If Trump were to lose, which I don’t think happens, Trump will go scorched earth. If he wins he still goes scorched earth. He also insinuated that if needed he could get involved.

So he agrees to appoint a woman as his VP and then agrees to appoint an AA female as a Justice. I'm not saying this is the equivalent of promising pizza everyday in the cafeteria, bc he can actually do what he is promising. But the sentiment is the same.
