Not sure what the point of the Romans 13 reference is. If government acts wickedly, as in allowing, encouraging, and paying for abortions, that doesn't mean it's cool. They can be out of order just like people and on this topic, they are.

Christians specifically and as has been mentioned, humanists, should be opposed to the taking of life. Loudly. It's not a political position. It's a moral one. It's not Christians' fault for opposing what is reprehensible.

Oh settled as in the Supreme Court settling it with their divided opinion settled it? So tell me, back in the day how would you have felt about the Dred Scott decision? Was that settled as well by your metrics?
