When the Republicans take congress next week, is it possible in January to start impeachment proceedings against Biden for failure to secure the USA as noted in the Constitution?

They won't have to. Sometime after the mid terms, probably next year, they are going to announce that Kamala Harris is stepping down to be replaced by Gavin Newsome as VP. She won’t be able to fight back because she knows she’s an imbecile & they will threaten to release photos/videos of her swinger days with the likes of Willie Brown, Montell Williams, etc. She will take their offer & they will give her plenty to step down. Then soon after Biden will step down due to “health” issues & then Gavin Newsome is your new Democratic Presidential nominee for 2024. They will then put in a new VP “of color” to appease the base. 2. I don’t like the idea of impeaching Biden bc his policies are so ridiculous.
3. I want Biden impeached bc he’s owned by China, and also bc he cheated to win* his election and a committee of Marxists is running the country. Those are high crimes. Incompetence isn’t.

Interesting thought though I doubt Congress will approve that move.

What is the point of impeachment proceedings? There is no way to get the 67 Senate votes needed to remove him from office.
