*The plan was announced by Interior Secretary Deb Haaland on Friday
*It will create a task force that will consult the public and local governments
*There are 600 federal land units with the name 'squaw,' used for a Native female
*Other terms in federal land names include 'negro,' 'wetback' and 'redskin'
