This doesn't make sense. Do you want our citizens to remain there so they can get killed by a stray missile? Do you want to give Trump a reason to escalate?

There are plenty of reasons to remove your citizens from a war zone other than it being a signal you are about to engage in a full out war.

China pulled out their citizens. I guess they are going to a full scale war, too.
