Yeah, it's one of those "reporting service" scams that will file your paperwork, which is generally free to file or your accountant does or should do it for you, for a small fee of a couple hundred bucks. Make it look like it's actually from the State or the Feds, so much so that at least in Tennessee and Mississippi, the Secretary of State has (or has had) a big warning about it posted on their front page. Same with the "Labor law poster" guys.
