They did nothing but reaffirm the commitment they had already pledged. Raise to 2% GDP by 2024, not immediately.
How has Trump accomplished anything here?

What do you think has a bigger impact on NATO's military strength? NATO nations not putting enough money towards military spending? Or Trump saying bad things about NATO?
