What are Alaska's election laws on multi-candidate races? Plurality wins or do they have to go to a runoff if there is no majority?
I ask because the sample polling I saw for a three-way governor's race saw Parnell winning solidly but the independent holding his own in a straight-up election with Parnell.

I was under the impression that majority of votes would win the primary. Walker is the independent, along with Mallott (Native guy, very popular Dem) they could unseat Parnell IMO
