You've shown where there are restrictions to this new marriage right, similar to the one's restricting marriage to a man and woman previously, but now with the new same sex restriction being lifted by the SCOTUS, but you still haven't explained how an unalienable (NON DENIABLE) HUMAN RIGHT can be denied a human being in the United States.
