I agree that as the "Sunbelt States" continue their economic and demographic growth consolidating the power and purse-strings the Northeast is used to wielding that they will flip on States Rights, we have already seen some movement in that direction. I don't see any long-term trends that would lead and allow a "Euro" style breakup here though, of course that doesn't mean they don't exists....care to share?

I think it's feasible if there's a national debt crisis. Most of military comes from red states any way.

That’s why I didn’t add them to my southern list. Could put it just over the Mississippi line.
