if US military active duty parents are living overseas- GITMO NAS, Guam, many places overseas. are their children qualified to be President?

what if McCain had parents that one was born in Scotland the other America?

what if two illegals had a baby and that baby became a legal U.S. citizen?

All your scenarios would have them as ineligible were "natural born" interpreted as the Founders' prime reference at the Convention - Vatell's Law of Nations - has it defined.

But of course which it has not.

The court cases were to define just exactly what is "natural born." Generally referring to the Wong Kim Ark litigation as a convenient precedent.

Making it so convenient to use against the challenges to Obama's eligibility years later.

The watering down and defining down of the term has been ongoing for awhile.

But when it comes to the insufferable parade of "entitleds" who have managed to somehow rationalize their eligibility for the position, nobody can hold a candle to Cruz. Not McCain, Rubio, Jindal.

Early in 2015 Cruz was asked by a journalist if he believed he was eligible for the position.

His answer, "I'll let others make that determination."

He mustn't have liked what he heard because only a month later he offered the opinion that he was eligible for the position according to the Immigration Act of 1790. Huh?

Not a word or reference from him to Article II section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution.

Not one mention - even if by some remote chance it at all mattered - that the Act of 1790 had been superseded by the Immigration Act of 1795.

The entitleds this country has produced are tiring.
